Inspired by the shire and the feeling of coming home.
 
This is an original painting on panel. It was created with acrylic paint. The right side of the window opens. I used sunflowers and ox-eye daisies from my garden for reference and loved every minute of painting this cozy hobbit home.
 
I painted the majority of it live during a faerie retreat and all that magic and outdoor goodness really gifted the painting with an extra something special.
