Mischief is afoot!
This delightful set of greeting cards features whimsical gnomes known as Acorn Sprites and botanical oak saplings.
Each set:
Three blank cards.
Three brown craft envelopes.
5"x7" size
Note cards can be used as thank you notes, birthday cards, wedding cards, baby shower cards, anniversary cards, notes of encouragement, or a thoughtful ' just because'!
These cards are printed on FCS sustainable paper with eco inks. The envelopes are made from recycled paper. The set comes wrapped in a burlap string and is perfect for gifting.
These note cards were made from my original watercolor illustrations of the acorn sprites.
The story;
"You know that acorns grow into oak trees, but sometimes…. Sometimes, if the conditions are right something else will sprout.
An acorn, fallen from the tree between midnight and dawn, during either a full or half moon that lands on a bed of moss and rolls widdershins, will sprout not an oak, but a sprite. A little creature of mischief with hair of tangled roots and leaves. These sprites look after the acorns, insuring that some sprout the following spring."
